This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views from the balcony. The staff are friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided a good variety of food options to start the day off right. Additionally, the location in the mountains provides a scenic backdrop for a relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful stay in this mountain hotel. Best aspects were the stunning location on the mountain with scenic views all around and much to do in the area during the summer. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including parking and transportation. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. Also, breakfast was tasty and varied.

The complimentary mulled wine and gingerbread cookies offered during Christmas time were a nice touch. the hotel's location near the ski slope and ski bar made it convenient for enjoying winter activities. the fireplace in the room added to the cozy ambiance of the stay.

The temperature of the hot tub in the spa was uncomfortably cold. the lack of training among some staff members and confusion during check-in caused some frustration.

The breakfast was nice and fulfilling, and the room was spacious with an amazing view of the surroundings. The location was perfect for skiing and the atmosphere was festive. , the staff was polite and helpful.

The pool looked unclean and the jacuzzi was in a poor state of repair. The music was loud and unappealing in the bar which made it difficult to enjoy.

the mountain view from my room was stunning, and the room was spacious and comfortable with a large, cozy bed. the bathroom was clean, with a relaxing jacuzzi. the breakfast was appetizing and fresh, with a lot of variety. I also enjoyed the bike rentals, sauna, and spa services that were available.

I did notice that the staff at reception could benefit from more training.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that exceeded our expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing and offered a wide range of treatments. We enjoyed the Full body massage and the Spa lounge was a great place to relax. the beauty treatment services were also top-notch. the heated swimming pool and the sun loungers in the garden area were perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

The only issue we had was with the packed lunches provided by the hotel. the special diet menus provided were not up to our expectations.
